Pâtes et Parle (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada’s PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number and your French goals when you book a call, buy a plan or email us.
• Payment information: processed by Zeffy or your bank (Interac). We never see or store your card number.
• Website usage data: only if you accept cookies. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits and measure our advertising.

Why we use it

• To schedule and deliver your sessions and personalized guide.
• To answer your questions.
• To improve our website and measure our ads (with your consent).

Service providers

We use Calendly (scheduling), Zeffy (payments), Google (analytics and advertising) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers may store data outside Québec. We choose providers that offer adequate protection.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@patesetparle.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
